Your Health & Wellbeing: By booking this session you are confirming that you are fit to practice. This yoga session is not intended to be used as medical advice nor to diagnose or treat any illness or ailment. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or yoga practise, especially if you have pre-existing medical injuries, conditions or concerns. Note, these classes are not suitable if you are pregnant - but I can recommend another teacher to you. To cancel or reschedule: PAYG: 48hrs notice is appreciated and your session will be refunded or moved to your next class. TERM: Due to reduced price, sessions can only be refunded for illness or unexpected events. RETREATS: 2 weeks notice is appreciated and your session will be refunded or moved to another retreat. *NOTE* Life sometimes throws a curve ball! If you need to cancel ANY of the sessions LAST MINUTE due to illness (yours or a loved ones) or unexpected events let me know and I will offer credit or refund your session.
